Yesterday - Military Ball
So yeah, yesterday we went to the Military Ball. Lots of people 'cause you know, other schools were there too. =P Anyway... When we got there, Earth Dragon didn't want to go look for Teng Vue, so... We met Gary's (one of Earth Dragon's friends) date. She was... okay-looking. After a while, I went to get my ticket and the table I'd sit at. I had to sit at table 19.
Waited for Teng... and waited... and waited... and almost everyone was already in by then. Finally, I went in and then he showed up. -_- And he was the one calling Earth Dragon to not be late. *rolls eyes*
Earth Dragon and Teng sat at table 18. ...So I sat alone. *tear* I didn't know ANYONE at my table, so I was just all quiet and shit. =/ I saw Earth Dragon though. =P She was laughing and having fun. First there was a salad (blah), then some chicken (okay), and then this chocolate ice cream cake (good, but really rich).
Random note: They had music videos playing, and while we were eating, they played Beautiful. See me looking up every 5-10 seconds trying to catch the guys kissing. Then see me starring when they showed the up close version with tongue. ^_~ LOL! =P
After eating, I saw Earth Dragon and Teng get up and go. Later on, she told me that they were taking pictures. o_O Whoa... Earth Dragon got a TOTAL free ride for the whole dance! $42 ticket... corsage... and $55 pictures.
I was just sitting there... doing nothing... being lonely. You know. =/
WAY later on, someone tapped me on the shoulder and asked why I wasn't dancing. I just shrugged. Then he asked me to dance and I said okay 'cause I didn't just want to be all alone the whole time, ya know? So we went over to the dance floor and he was like, "You know how to dance, right?" and I was like, "No," and he was like, "Come on, it's easy." And he was trying to get me to dance, but I didn't and I was kinda laughing at him. Saw Earth Dragon on the dance floor with Teng. Ohhh~! She was facing towards me and he was behind her and had his arms around her. Awww!~ They looked so CUTE!~ Anyway, he asked me what my name was, and I told him and he said he was Richard. Then he was like, "You know Teng Vue?" I nodded, and then he was like, "He's my brother." And then I said, "He's here with my sister." Whoa!~ Coincidence, lol!
Went back to sit down. Sat for a while... Then Richard came back with his date and got me to go and dance with them. Bleh, I know I can't dance, but whatever. =P Hung out with them and danced with them for the rest of the dance. OH! And I found out that Richard paid for her date too and Earth Dragon said that they took pictures also. O_O Damn, but that's a lot of money!~
Other observations: Earth Dragon and Teng were practically joined at the hip the whole dance. Seriously! They danced together the whole time and stuff!
At the end, went over to Earth Dragon and then the DJ was giving away free shirts, and Teng was like, "Come on, let's go get some!" and Earth Dragon was like, "You get one for me," and he did, lol. =P
Yep, so that was it. Fun, but I wish I had a date. =/ Damn, but I was jealous that Earth Dragon had one. I mean, she had a date BEFORE me! That's SO not cool.
Sadly, I didn't take any pictures... Oh well.
Well... Now I have to do my homework that I neglected from yesterday... =( Guess no anime for me today... *sigh*
